Star A. LeDonne M.S., L.C.P.C.

 
Star is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who has been practicing psychotherapy for over twenty years in a Community Counseling Agency. She is experienced in working with adolescents, adults, families and couples. Her areas of clinical emphasis include navigating adolescent development, parenting, identifying stumbling blocks and improving relationships, recovery from trauma/ abuse and the healing of grief and loss. In addition to her psychotherapy experience, Star has participated in the clinical supervision and training of graduate intern counselors since 1989.
 
Star is a seasoned professional counselor skilled in developing relationships that promote healing and growth. Star lives in the west suburbs with her husband and two children.

William J. Smith M.S., L.C.P.C.
 
William is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and has experience in the field of counseling for over thirty five years. His primary focus is to help others understand their personal goals and ways to best reach them. William enjoys working with a wide variety of clients as well as leading workshops and personal growth classes. He has worked in numerous settings including hospitals, government, and out-patient facilities Through his work with individuals, couples, families, and groups over the years, Bill has gained a unique understanding and outlook. This outlook allows him to offer unique insights to his patients.
 
William has extensive experience working with individuals experiencing a divorce transition and has taught over 500 seminars on the effects of divorce on children. He has also facilitated parenting, substance abuse, anger management, weight control and domestic violence groups. Bill is married, with a grown daughter living in Dallas. He enjoys walking and playing golf.

Susan M. Siy M.S., L.C.P.C., Q.S.P.
 
Susan is a licensed clinical professional counselor who has been practicing psychotherapy for 18 years.  She works with individuals, couples, families, adolescents, and children.  As a Qualified Service Provider Susan also assists adults with developmental disabilities.
 
Susan admires her clients' courage as they allow her to join them in their journeys. Together they define personal goals and explore ways to achieve them.  She seeks to understand her clients’ unique life stories, their struggles and triumphs, and the things that instill a sense of peace and hope within themselves.
 
The foundation of Susan’s work with her clients is a strong, therapeutic relationship.  She uses a variety of approaches including client-centered, cognitive, and behavioral therapies coupled with a caring nature and a sense of humor.
