Doug is the director of AFC coaching as well as founder of The McKinley Group.  He brings years of experience together with a very light and fun approach to human development.  For Doug, coaching is about uncovering and releasing the brilliance that God embedded in people, but which they just can't seem to claim.

 

Sandria J. Simmons                                    

Sandria is a seasoned coach.  She has 30 years of corporate work experience and many of those years were in management positions.  She also enjoys marriage coaching for those who want to get more from their relationship.  She has a very creative spirit that motivates her clients to perform beyond their expectations.

Denise is a psychologist, instructor and executive coach. Denise's style fosters direct communication and effective organization to motivate and empower others to achieve desired results.  Denise is goal oriented and persistent in helping clients achieve professional and organizational excellence.
